What is a healing intensive - it is an opportunity to accelerate your growth. Why? Because you are prioritizing you and making the commitment to change. Weekly therapy is wonderful and helpful, but if you are feeling stuck and want a holistic approach to your well being this is for you. This program combines many healing modalities: sound healing, yoga, breath work, meditation, somatics and psychoeducation about the topic as well as discussion which is so healing - when we share what is happening for us it takes the power away from it and we realize we are not alone. Anjali is a master at creating safe containers for healing - not only has she been a licensed psychologist since 1998, but she has also led multiple Yoga Teacher Trainings and has led many Retreats over the years.
