In Person: Once a month Breathwork & Sound Bowl Healing Journey's begin January 2026. Anjali will guide students through a breathwork practice to calm the mind, relax the body and awaken the heart followed by an Alchemy Bowl Sound Journey. This is a free offering to bring community together.
