Meet Dr. Anjali
If you’re ready to make the changes you know, deep down, you need to make, you’re in the right place.
I believe each of us carries a deep inner wisdom — though doubt and fear can sometimes make it hard to trust. My work is designed to help you reconnect with that wisdom, build self-trust, and find the courage to move toward a life that feels more peaceful, fulfilling, and free.
A few years ago, after 30+ years of guiding others through change, I found myself at a crossroads. For the first time in my life, I was working primarily for financial security — and I could feel the cost. I was deeply burnt out, and there was a clear knowing in my body that something needed to change. At the same time, my children were leaving for college, my sense of community had faded, and I no longer felt rooted where I was living. I didn’t know exactly how I would support myself if I stepped away — but I did know I needed to listen. Choosing to move to Southern California was an act of trust. My life opened in ways I couldn’t have predicted. I found community, experienced deeper healing, and began to shift long-standing patterns of overworking and overgiving. I learned how to slow down, to do less, and to receive — and I came to understand how much my nervous system had been operating in a state of constant effort. This experience fundamentally changed how I understand change itself. I no longer believe growth has to come through pushing or striving. Instead, I’ve come to trust a process that honors timing, presence, and the body’s wisdom. Today, this understanding shapes how I support people through their own transitions — with steadiness, compassion, and deep respect for their inner wisdom. My path into this work has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience. For decades, I’ve explored what it means to live in alignment with one’s inner truth — long before I had language for concepts like dharma. Although I built a full and outwardly successful life, there were times when I felt disconnected from a deeper sense of meaning. That longing eventually led me back to spiritual practice through yoga and meditation, and later to extended study in India. These practices didn’t just inform my work — they transformed how I understand healing, presence, and change. Over time, I began to integrate what I had learned across many healing traditions with my own personal healing journey. I’ve come to believe that we cannot truly guide others somewhere we haven’t been ourselves. This understanding has fundamentally shaped how I support people today. While insight and tools can be helpful, what I see create the most meaningful change is awareness, compassion, and connection — along with the courage to be honest with oneself. Change often asks us to step beyond what’s familiar, but when we do, life has a way of opening in unexpected and deeply fulfilling ways.
