A monthly gathering to pause, reflect, and realign.

Each month centers around a different theme — inviting you deeper into your heart, intuition, and personal growth. Together, we’ll move through guided reflection, breathwork, mantra, and sound to create space for clarity, connection, and renewal.

This gathering is open to anyone seeking community, reflection, and embodied practice.

We will be seated in chairs. Wear whatever is comfortable, and you may wish to bring a notebook for reflection.
