About the event
Many women have the pattern of over giving and over doing. It is often coupled with people pleasing, fawning, difficulty setting boundaries and not asking for (or knowing) what we need. You may be aware that you push your needs to the side or put others needs in front of your own - you may even know why you do this - but you still have difficulty making a change. That is where this intensive comes in. It will be 3 weeks of focusing on understanding and shifting this pattern so you can come out feeling empowered, energized and clear.
