About the event
As women it can be easy to give endlessly-to do all the things and be all the things for others. This retreat is a day devoted to YOU-a space where you can feel nurtured, cared for and invited to explore your relationship to receiving. In order to manifest our dreams we have to be an open channel for receiving - this will be a day of opening that channel. The intention of the retreat is for you to feel seen, heard, connected, replenished and ready to step back into your life with a greater capacity to receive.
Schedule (Sunday, January 18th):
8:30 Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation
9:45 Tea and light snack
10:00 Sacred Circle to get to know one another & create a safe container
11:00 Wisdom Talk and Sharing on Receiving - we will explore the concept of receiving being in a feminine body, you will discover your blocks…
