My SUPERPOWER is making CHANGES and HELPING OHTERS TO MAKE THE CHANGES they KNOW in their heart they need to make. SO, If you KNOW THE CHANGE YOU NEED TO MAKE but haven't been able to do it on your own this Mentorhsip is for YOU! It could be a change in relationship, addictive pattern, thought process, job, or behavior. How do you know it's time? You keep thinking about it - you keep it a secret from others (and sometimes even yourself), you feel shame, embarrassment or are "beating yourself up" about it. The thing is change can be challenging, but in my experience it's more challenging not to change. What stops most people is FEAR of the UNKNOWN, not wanting to let go of "SECURITY", SELF DOUBT, or LACK OF SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY. This is where I come in. I am here to MENTOR you through the process. A place where you can be completely honest - a place where you can't hide, A place where you will receive support, tools and honest, compassionate feedback.
